New Waterproof Hearing Aids for Little Nippers

Luca’s ‘new’ waterproof hearing aids were put to the test during the Little Nippers Surf Ed program. We’re very happy (and relieved) to say they held up quite well. These little babies are as rare as hen’s teeth – believe it or not they are no longer being made!!?? – and we have searched world wide for them. (This is also why we clip them to the back of Luca’s top – just in case!).

Our wonderful audiologist Allison sourced these second hand ones for us. Without them, water activities like this would be incredibly difficult. If there is anyone out there willing to produce some there is a ready made market to tap into!!
